We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@peakdenim.com. Provide your order number, your full name, item description and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Any and all return requests received after 30 days of delivery will be declined politely. We hope you understand.

Once we have received and inspected your return you will be notified via email. Along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved we will process your refund immediately and a credit will be applied to the credit card or other payment method you used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is an issue with a faulty product - If the product has a factory defect, or we shipped you the wrong product, color or size. This is our responsibility and accepted for refund or exchange. 

In other rare occasions a product that was shipped out may not arrive at all. This may be due to faulty systems in our distribution lines and is our fault. If a product is shipped out, and you haven't received the product after 60 days of the initial day it was shipped out. You will be offered a full refund. 

Any issues regarding human error or factors outside of our control are not our responsibility and will not be refunded. 

For example: 

Incorrect shipping address: If a customer provides the wrong shipping address. We are not responsible for any orders not received due to incorrect shipping information. 

Returns and exchange process. 

If you believe an error has occurred on our part, we hope you accept our sincerest apologies! Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we are happy to replace or exchange or refund any order we did not meet the mark on. 

To start a return follow these instructions. 

  1. Take a photo of the product. Make sure to include the flaw or error you noticed in the product. If the issue is size please include a ruler in your photo
  2. Send us an email at support@peakdenim.com. Include in the subject line “exchange request”. Make sure to include in the email, your full name, your order number, the photos you took and specific description of your issue.
  3. One of our customer support agents will follow up with you to provide info on where and how to return your product. 

Our typical email response time is 1 business day. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
